After another busy year, the Art Gallery of Southwestern Manitoba is ready to unveil its final two exhibits of the decade today. On display in the main gallery will be the 15th annual members’ show, made up of more than 150 works of art from more than 50 members of the gallery. There is a mishmash of styles and techniques on display, but there are some Christmas and holiday-themed paintings to help celebrate the season. Many of the art pieces from the show will be for sale. Curator Alyssa Fearon told the Sun on Wednesday that prices for the art will range from $50 to $1,000. "It’s an opportunity for us at the gallery to celebrate the work and creativity of the arts community in the Brandon and Westman region," Fearon said.
